  MOVIE MONDAY #2

We're huge movie watchers. So we are going to tell you about the movies we have watched in the past and present.
And tell you to watch and what not to watch!!

Raven:

If you haven't watched this movie till now, then go and watch it now! It's so funny and beautiful at the same time. Sweet and wonderful! Head over heels in love with this movie and three of its soundtracks (White Hinterland-Icarus, The XX-Intro and Under Pressure---> I know it's an old song but I am hooked again)

I loved this movie soo much I watched it twice!! And I even forced Beez to watch it who loved it too! The second time I was watching it, I showed parts of it to my dad who said that he wants us (as in the whole family) to watch it in the weekend because it's an awesome movie! YAY!
I got nightmares for many nights after watching this but I got no regrets. It was worth it. I just love Zombies!
P.S: Anyone here watches The Walking Dead?

This movie! I don't know if many people liked it or not but I kept falling asleep when I watched it. So I gave up on even trying to watch it. Plus I couldn't really wrap my mind around the concept. It was really confusing.

This is a beautiful movie! It made me cry and laugh. A must watch. So inspirational and cute. Plus two of my favorite characters (Emma Watson and Logan Lerman) are starring in it and now I even like Ezra Miller. Great acting and story. I am planning on reading the book soon. Very very very inspirational and the music just adds to the beauty of the movie!

I specially read the book so that I would know what's it about before watching the movie. And I guess that's why I was slightly disappointed. I expected Jace to be more hotter, Simon to be more cuter, Luke to be more handsome and Valentine to actually have white hair and look menacing instead of looking like a tribal man.
However, I did like the demons, Clary, Isabelle, Alec and Magnus Bane (It was really hard for me to picturise him in the book) Plus I am stuck with this soundtrack (Zedd-Into the Lair) And also I am disappointed that Simon didn't actually turn into a rat and that they excluded the flying vampire bikes *sigh*

So even if you prefer not to watch it... well, you wouldn't be missing out anything awesome.

I loved this movie! The first movie was released when I was in kindergarten (I remember going to the theater as a class trip) and then the second part (prequel) comes out in my junior year! Just wow!
Anyways it was a great movie. It was funny and gave out a good message to the viewers (You must work hard to achieve something... Not that it applies on me) Must watch!

Love love love love love love love and more love! I am pretty sure everyone's watched it so I don't have to tell you to watch it. It's a hilarious as well as a beautiful love story! Just love it! I am planning on reading this book too!

That's it for this Monday.
See you next Monday!

Keep it rollin!

I thought i was a perfectionist, but i don't believe so anymore......

Turns out I'm the opposite of perfectionist.

Who am i??

Beez:- My personality type-
DREAMER

This person is unconventional. They think outside the box and they are very good at borrowing ideas from unconventional sources. They’re often struck by inspiration at strange times. They’re hungry for new ideas and information and they’re great at tracking them down. They continually ask themselves if there’s a better way to do things.
What they do: They make excellent coaches and consultants who help businesses reinvent themselves. They’re also found in creative roles such as advertising and marketing campaigns.
Weak areas: They can miss important details and if you give the Dreamer a task they find boring, they will put it off for ever. Because they look only at the big picture, they miss deadlines and they get costings wrong. They sometimes suggest impractical ideas that don’t fit the organisation or agenda.
They get bored easily and don’t see jobs through to completion – some like being involved with a prototype and then they move on to something new. They’re often distracted by their own creativity.
Career tip: When you are about to get involved in a project, be honest with yourself and others about how far you want to go in the process and be clear about when you will be leaving. Get a handle on the human impact from the start.
That way you will know if you are treading on anyone’s toes and you can also avoid

letting people down.

--Raven says that i am a total dreamer with a splash of lover because of my persuasion powers ;)

Ravens personality type--

LOVER X DREAMER X LEARNER

Lover
The lover goes to work because they like the relationships their jobs bring them, whether they’re in an office or out on the road selling. You’ll hear them saying most of their clients are good friends.
They’re interested in people, they remember birthdays and names and ask caring questions. They tend to be generous and open and they share their ideas. They’re usually the life and soul of an office and they often see their colleagues outside work. They have a gift for conversation and they’re persuasive.
If you want your staff to work late one evening, the Lover of the office will persuade them.
What they do: This person is excellent in the diplomatic service, they can usually sell anything to anyone, they can persuade people to get involved in their projects and they’re brilliant in fundraising for charities.
Weak areas: The lover avoids conflict and difficult conversations and they find it hard to discipline and control people. They’re not as self-reliant as some types and they seek other people’s approval too much. They’re often seen as players rather than leaders, and they shy away from awkward jobs such as making staff redundant.
They try to be everyone’s friend and feel uncomfortable when they have difficult jobs to do, such as dealing with discipline issues.
Career tip: Set some boundaries so you know which relationships are important to you, and learn how to have difficult conversations without damaging a good friendship or working relationship.

Learner
This person is an expert and a font of knowledge in their given area, whether that’s ancient archaeology or the merits of new cancer-fighting drugs. They’re highly valued for their knowledge and expertise and they save companies huge amounts of money and time because they can predict with detail and accuracy of the merits or pitfalls of any given plan.
They’re highly focused people and passionate about their specialist area. They’re trustworthy and at the top of the field in their subject.
What they do: They’re found in engineering, building, computing and scientific roles, and some work with foreign languages as interpreters and translators.
Weaknesses: The learner can be obsessive and not interested in anything outside their specialist area. In turn, if colleagues aren’t interested in the Learner’s field of expertise, they tend to find them dull. The Learner is often seen as an outsider within an organisation – they’re like a consultant who appears on the payroll but isn’t one of the team.  There’s a danger they over specialise in an area that may become outdated, and that’s when they hit a brick wall in their career path.
Career tip: Find out if specialising is a good long-term career strategy – look at recent promotions  within your company and see who’s moving upwards. Keep updating your skills so you  move with the times and don’t get left behind with your outdated knowledge

I feel that Rven is more lover like as in the bubbliness, social and friendliness and other million reasons. But she has amazing ideas so there's a huge part of dreamer in her.

Lots of love and random things
Beez.

  MOVIE MONDAY#1

We're huge movie watchers. So we are going to tell you about the movies we have watched in the past.
And tell you to watch or not watch!!

Beez:-
I had watched a string of lame movies previously so i thought this would be no different. But to the contrary actually. I quite enjoyed it.
And it influenced me so much that i have decided to follow Sa5m's (the 5 is silent) trait.
So my name is B9eez (the 9 is silent). How awesome is that!
Watch it. Its not mind blowing but if you're a fan of Vanessa Hudgens and music and David Bowe than watch itt.

Horrible movie. I hate it. Don't watch it. Lamest of lame movies.
STAY AWAY!!

This is a fun of sorts movie. I liked the starting. But the ending was Bleh...
Though the idea behind this movie is amazing.
You should watch this movie if you like to see movies with means and deeper stuff and incomplete endings.

This is a lie. I watched 10 minutes.
After knowing that the main guy was the guy with the beard and looked ugly, i closed it. I was repulsed. And no i clearly see this movie poser and i'm shocked. He shaved! Still it sounds booring. So i'm not watching even though Anna Kendricks there.
You don't either.

Another ridiculous and fun movies which make you widen your eyes.
HAVE to watch.
You have no idea what can happen in this world if you haven't watch the Hangover series.
WATCH!!

Cuute.
The typical rom com that makes you laugh. Thouggh i have no idea how the romance bubbles up. Whatever. Loved it.
Yes to watch it!!

And the last movie goes to..
I had huge hopes for this movie.
And i'm badly disappointed,
Really??
This is what happens- teenagers-love to party- go steal from pop stars and actors n actresses- get caught.
Thats it.
I was waiting for something to happen. But Nada. Nothing
Emma watson looked amazingly pretty. Everybody was pretty.
But horrible story.
Though i won't say no to watching it.
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT :(

Thats it for this Monday.
See you next Monday!

Keep it rollin!

The Library Incident

So here's what happened on the 9th of Monday. We go to the library in the last period and I think of reissuing City of Bones (since I had two chapters yet to read) even though I have it on my e-book. (I prefer reading solid books rather than their e-versions)

But then I see Son of Neptune and I go haywire since I hadn't read it. So I grab it and issue it before anyone else. Then my best friend (Not Beez. I mean Beez is my best friend but this was my other best friend) comes along with The Mark of Athena in her hand!! Imagine my condition then? I lost my mind. I wanted to scream but I was in a library so we both silently squealed!

After a few minutes, I scan the rest of the shelf to grab at a good book and reserve it for the next week and I come across The Hidden World!! And that was it. There was a couch in the middle of the shelves, I took the three books and sat down with sweat rolling down my cheek. I did not know what to do. I wanted all three but I could take only one and reserve only one and I couldn't let go of any one of them.

Me and my friend had a little conference in the middle of the library. Spread on the table were my three books and her two. Apparently she wanted the books I was taking too. Thankfully the librarian solved our problem.

I had already issued Son of Neptune so that couldn't be changed. My friend took The Hidden World (I promised to give her the first part which I had at home) and she reserved The Mark of Athena and I reserved the other book. Unfortunately one book had to be left behind *sobbing*

So this was the library incident. I have finished Son of Neptune and The Hidden World. This Monday my friend will be taking The Mark of Athena and I will be taking City of Ashes. Woohoo!

I still have to read the first book of Maximum Ride which my other friend had taken. Talk about a book junkie!

And I am pretty surprised about how our library went from "No good books" to "OMG! I want all the books!" Hmmm... Somethings fishy!

Lots of love & Pasta

Raven

We are very bad people

I won't even try to deny it. We have left you here with no contact from us for 19 days!! We are terrible people. And we feel terribly guilty about it. So here goes.
We're sorry. Terribly sorry.
We will try our bestest of best to make sure that it won't happen ever again.
So sorry.

Beez.
We almost have a legitimate reason for being MIA this long.
School.
Yes, that terrible place that has been robbing us of our time and you.
School has been a bitch.
The dark circles under my eyes are so prominent. My eyelids sag and I zone out every few minutes. I want to crawl in my bed and never wake up. For those who can totally relate to this my sympathies lie with you. As for those who don't, lucky you.

Today was the last day before the weekend. And I can tell you how exactly I am going to spend these two precious days.
Listening to virgin radio.
There's a story behind that.

So it begins on september 17th. My infamous birthday. I'm a very queer person. I don't celebrate my birthdays. Really. But since it was my sweet sixteen and all and my friends had fixed in my head that I needed a story to tell about my sixteenth birthday, I decided I might as well celebrate it. So I wore a light green button down sleeveless tie up shirt with blue skinny jeans and a grey jacket with my all black converse. I thought that was going to be it. I'd wear the dress, give out chocs (mini Toblerones for those who want to know) and be sang embarrassing Happy birthday and tada. Over.

But there was something more in my fate. In my math period(yay) we came to know the virgin radio people were here. So we all went in lines(hah) to the audi. And had a blast. And guess what!
I share my birthday with BIG rossi.
Not the one who I'd choose but who cares? He's famous. And I share his birthday.
Well all in all we had immense fun and screamed our lungs out, gushed over Myles(heart, heart, heart), he's soo cute. We watched Priti dance and Rossi sing 'Rollin in the deep'.
It was the best birthday present ever!!
And now I have a story to tell.
Hence my addiction. I can't stop listening. Which also means I have listened to Talk Dirty(Jason Derulo), Summertime Sadness(Lana del Ray) and Burn(Ellie Goulding), Roar(Katy Perry) and others 100 times.
I could talk for hours but unfortunately I have some urgent business to attend to. I'll be back soon, its a promise.
Kudos, till then.

P.S. As an apology we are going to start Movie Monday!!

We are full of surprises aren't we?
Love ya

Raven

Okay, so before I started writing my apology post I read Beez' and I forgot what MIA meant so obviously I googled it and here's what it said- Mathangi Arulpragasam (ROFL) Apparently she is an English-Sri Lankan artist. I have never even heard of her.

Anyways, so it's true. School has been a big pile of Schist. I am sleep deprived. We have notes to complete, journals to submit, tests to study for, tuition to attend! It's hectic! But that doesn't mean that we don't read books. It's part of our routine.

So about Virgin Radio. I have loved them since 9th grade! Which is when I came here (I am not naming this place obviously) and heard about them for the first time. I fell in love with Kris, Priti, Big Rossi, Simon, Ryan Seacrest, Brent Black and Myles to Midnight!! (Ah! I love Myles! He is soo cute! *sigh*)

And Beez is finally sixteen!! Let's here it for the youngest girl in our group of five girls! (Who happens to be the most "forward" if you know what I mean XD)

And yes, we are starting a Movie Monday right here in this blog. We try watching movies every weekend so we will try our best to put up our opinion on those movies. It won't really be a review just our thoughts on it.

So Toodles ya all! Currently listening to 'I need your love' by Ellie Goulding on Virgin Radio! <3

Lots of Love & Schist!
